Support & Maintenance
Customer support is at the heart of everything we do whether it’s quick fixes, metadata updates or new website developments. Supadu has a team dedicated to ongoing maintenance and support for customers and, naturally, we have extensive experience working with almost all metadatas, including ONIX, XML & CSV.
Each month there are tasks relating to enhancing or changing search parameters or data and assisting with other data issues. While these can be bought in handled on an ‘as required basis’, we often recommend subscribing to a monthly retainer.
